Baghmunda Waterfall, Gumla
Baghmunda Waterfall is located in the Basia block of Gumla District, Jharkhand, India. The waterfall is known for its old Lord Jagannath Temple, which is thought to have been built roughly 400 years ago.
Baghmunda Waterfalls' natural beauty provides travelers with a great sense of calm and satisfaction. The waterfall falls from a height and transforms into river streams. Tourists have begun to arrive in Baghmunda even before the New Year.
When the Koel River reaches Baghmunda, it splits into three streams that flow into the river in separate directions after passing through the rocks. At the confluence of three streams, water hits a tiger's head-shaped stone and falls into the river. As a result, this waterfall was named Baghmunda. There is also an ancient Shiva shrine at the entryway where visitors can wish for happiness and prosperity in the New Year.
