Trikut Parvat, Deoghar
Trikut Parvat is a Hindu pilgrimage located around 15 kilometers from the town of Deoghar, on the route to Dumka, near Trikut Basdiha in Mohanpur Block of Deoghar District, Jharkhand, India. Trikut Parvat is also known as Trikut Pahar and Trikut Hill.
Trikut Pahar has three main peaks (thus the "tri-" in Trikutachal). Trikut Pahar has a height of 2470 feet. A ropeway is a tourist attraction that can be utilized to reach the summit of a hill. Aside from the ropeway, guests can also take the stairs to the top. Clouds cover the hill during the rainy season, and waterfalls and small streams can be seen from July to September. Views may be seen from the summit of the mountain, as well as solar panels in Tapovan (Jharkhand's first solar energy hub). Trikut is a tourist destination in Jharkhand state.
Tapovan, notable for its temples of Taponath Mahadev and Hanuman, located 10 kilometers from Trikut Hill. The River Mayurakshi begins on Trikut Hill and travels through many districts of West Bengal before joining the River Hooghly.
